Each year the Foundation hosts the "Tree of Life" Christmas Tree and Ceremony in our lobby.
Ornaments can be purchased for $25 in memory or honor of a loved one through December 1. Your loved one’s name will be attached to a special ornament and placed on our Tree of Life. The ornament is available to pick up after the Ceremony.
Join the Greene County Medical Center Foundation in their annual Tree of Life Ceremony, celebrating the lives of those we have loved and lost.
There are three ways to purchase ornaments:

- Purchase in the Gift Garden in the main lobby of the medical center from October through December 1.
- Or, click on the order form button below for a copy that can be printed, filled out and returned to the Greene County Medical Center Foundation anytime throughout the year.
