Offering a variety of Family Medicine and Back to School services from general pediatrics, adolescent medicine, dermatology, sports physicals and preventive care, including routine physicals and annual exams, immunizations and more! If unable to attend the free sports physical clinics, please call to schedule an appointment with a provider.

No insurance or appointment needed. Bring updated sports physical forms and parental consent (if parent is not present). Public Health immunizations also available.

FREE Sports Injury Assessments for Athletes in Grades 7 – 12

Call 21st Century Rehab and schedule a visit with one of our physical therapists.

21st Century Rehab will be available one day a week at the high school training room to see athletes with injuries, and will be on the sidelines of all Greene County home football games. 21st Century Rehab covers all high school athletic events.
