Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation partners with dietitians and pharmacists in the design of a specialized, comprehensive plan of care designed to help patients recover from a recent heart issue. Educational guidelines are developed to aid in the safe increase of physical activity and fitness and a return to a healthy and active lifestyle.
Counseling and education topics include dietary changes, weight loss, smoking cessation and stress management.
