Rehabilitation Services

Greene County Medical Center has partnered with 21st Century Rehab out of Nevada, Iowa, to provide rehabilitation services.  21st Century Rehab offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, occupational health services, and sports medicine services within outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings.  Call 515-386-4284 for more information.

Speech Therapy

Outpatient Services

  • Treatment for patients following stroke, head injury, dementia, Parkinson's or other neurological disorders
  • Speech intelligibility (Dysarthria)

  • Cognitive retraining in areas of short-term memory, thought organization, orientation and problem solving for activities of daily living
  • Swallowing difficulties (Dysphagia)
