About Dr. Merchant

Dr. Merchant is a board-certified Oncologist and Hematologist with the McFarland Clinic of Ames. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana and his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the Iowa Medical Society.
